- Isi tinta sesuai dengan model printer
- Nyalakan printer hingga selesai proses prepare yang ditandai dengan semua aktifitas printer berhenti
- Cek hasil cetak printer dengan menggunakan excel dan membuat blok pada semua warna printer, hitam, biru, kuning dan merah untuk printer 4 warna.
- Jadikan hasil step 3 sebagai patokan untuk menentukan warna apa yang tidak normal
- Jika semua warna normal maka printer bisa digunakan sebagaimana biasanya
- Jika ada warna yang tidak normal bisa dilakukan Power Cleaning yang bisa dilakukan dari fitur Maintenance pada Properties Printer.
- Jika langkah 6 tidak berhasil maka lakukan Power Cleaning satu kali saja.
- Jika tetap belum berhasil maka diamkan printer selama kurang lebih 1 jam.
Selanjutnya tes lagi, jika belum berhasil maka printer membutuhkan penanganan khusus, dan kamu perlu membawa printer ke tempat service yang profesional dan bisa dipercaya.
